OUR HISTORY
Since its creation in 1997 , the group AeroAutofactoria is based in Luxembourg , in the heart of Europe between Belgium, France and Germany. We are official dealer of Honda in the south of Luxembourg (Foetz), where the group headquarters.
We have a subsidiary in Germany, Autofactoria Germany (AAF GMBH), our Car Outlet of recent used cars open to end customers and professionals. It is also one of our logistics hubs in Europe.
In Spain (Girona) we are represented since 2008 , with the sign Autofactoria Spain . This site, located just a few kilometers from the French border, hosts a DEKRA Germany certified industrial bodywork to reprocess car flows from southern Europe. In turn, it is also our second logistics platform as well as a multi-brand concession which distributes vehicles to professional customers.
In 2017, we created the structure CAROPTICOM in Andorra to prepare the group for the digitalization of the sector . All the Group communication and the IT development of our tailor-made solutions are managed from this platform . The tray supports marketing campaigns digital and calls, the uploading vehicles , the answer to leads 7 days a week , for internal purposes and as a service provider for various b to b clients.
The entry of an investment fund as a minority shareholder in May 2018 brought our group’s equity to 12 million euros. This event validated the company’s strategy and consolidated the means for its deployment.
Our consolidated turnover for the 2019-2020 financial year is approximately 210 million euros for approximately 15,000 vehicles sold . The group has a hundred employees polyglots.

On the occasion of the group’s 20th anniversary, all the employees gathered in Andorra to celebrate this event.
